Mango Kheer Recipe

Mango kheer is a quick and easy to make dessert. This Mango Kheer is prepared with mango pulp, full fat milk, and sweetened vermicelli. Mango Kheer is liked by aged and kids alike. This Mango Kheer garnished with almond flakes, saffron, and raisins. needs to be served chilled.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1 litre full cream milk
- 3/4 cup vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 3/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes
- 10-12 raisins
- few saffron strands
Directions for Mango Kheer Recipe
- To prepare Mango Kheer recipe, get prep with all the ingredients, including pulping mangoes and thinly slicing almonds.
- Heat ghee in a Pan and roast vermicelli till it turns to golden brown in colour.
- Add full cream milk and let it cook for some time. Keep stirring it in between.
- Check if vermicelli is cooked till soft. Then add sugar, and stir till dissolved well.
- Add raisins and cardamom powder, give a nice stir, and switch off flame.
- Let it cool down it a bit. Now add mango pulp and refrigerate it for at least an hour.
- Garnish Mango Kheer with almond flakes and saffron and serve during tea time or after dinner.
