LONDON : Indians lead world when it comes to settling abroad

LONDON : With 18 million emigrants spread across the world, India has the biggest diaspora by a huge margin. Second-placed Mexico has only 11. 2 million, followed by Russia and China – both having more than 10 million people each living outside. Unlike Mexican emigrants, most of whom live in the US, Indians have spread far and wide, right from blue-collar workers in Arab countries to students in the industrialised world.
